We accept cash and the common debit / credit cards. You can also pay via ePassi Hyvinvointipassi or Smartum Hierontasaldo.
How to make a reservation
You can easily make a reservation from our website www.relahierojat.fi/eng. Just click "Varaa aika tästä!" on the front page and choose the practise where you want to go. The timetable will open automatically. You will receive a confirmation to your email. Please save the confirmation until the appointment because it includes your reservation code. With the reservation code you can make a cancellation if needed. You will also receive a notice of your appointment 48h before.
You can also make a reservation by calling to our booking. Customer service is open Mon-Thu 9-17 and Fri 9-14. Calling from Finland, tel. 0600-13811 and calling from abroad +358 400 635 333
Please notice that customer is obligated to give right information to reservation. You are also responsible about the reservation when making the reservation to another person.
If you arrive to your appointment late, you will pay tho whole amount of the service.
Changing the reservation
You can change the reservation 24h before your appointment. Make the change by calling to our customer service, Mon-Thu 9-17 and Fri 9-14. Calling from Finland, tel. 0600-13811 and calling from abroad +358 400 635 333
If you want to make the changes trough our website, you have to cancel your reservation first and then make a new one.
Cancelling the reservation
You can cancel the reservation without cancellation fee 24h before. You can make the cancellation from our website using your reservation code. Choose first the practise as if you were going to make a reservation. When the timetable opens, up on the right corner says "Omat varaukset". Click and insert your reservation code. Trough the website you can make cancellation 24/7, also on weekends.

Please notice that the massage therapist has the right to charge full amount of the service when:
- you make a cancellation under 24h
- you don't make a cancellation and don't come to the appointment
